- Use real baking sheets lined with parchment paper. You'll get maximum crispiness and an overall better cook.
Balsamic Roasted Cabbage
A simple 4 ingredient recipe for roasted cabbage that pairs well with any chicken or meat main. It's so soft and melt in your mouth with an incredible flavor from the balsamic vinegar.
I like to use a head of cabbage that I chopped up myself as opposed to the ready shredded because I prefer larger pieces of cabbage. If you do substitute for ready shredded, keep an eye on the time because you probably won't need the full 25 minutes.
Balsamic Roasted Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 head purple cabbage outer 3 layers removed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar good quality
- ½-1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F. Chop up the cabbage into strips and transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Toss with olive oil, balsamic, and salt.
- Roast for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
Roasted Cauliflower
Fresh roasted cauliflower with a special mix of spices makes this a super popular side for any day of the week. You can also use this recipe with frozen cauliflower florets!
Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 head fresh cauliflower, cut into florets or 1 bag frozen cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ tsp tumeric
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and toss the cauliflower florets on top. Add in the olive oil and spices and massage the seasoning into the cauliflower.
- Roast for approximately 25 minutes until golden and lightly crispy on the edges.

A huge fan favorite and Shabbos staple in our home. Super easy to make and incredibly addictive. Try not to eat the whole pan straight out of the oven!
