I'm sure most of you, if not all, have seen the dot cake trend all over social media. It's a simple cake topped with creamy thick frosting and nonpareils. Nothing too exciting, but the fact that it's served in a single service cup and has a dense layer of nonpareils creates a highly satisfying visual that photographs well. As well as a really fun ASMR crunch when you drag a spoon over the top. Anyways, I love cake but coffee is really more my jam. When I saw viral dot cake iced latte drinks start to pop up on my feed, I knew I had to give it a try! It's really fun and got all the birthday cake vibes with birthday cake creamer, a thick cold foam and of course nonpareils on top! It's a creamy and indulgent treat for anytime you need a little pick me up!

What do I need to make the viral dot cake iced latte?
- Birthday cake creamer- I've seen a few brands make them. I used the Chobani one, it's delicious.
- Milk- of your choice- I used whole milk
- Double shot of espresso or 2 oz of brewed coffee
- Ice
- Heavy cream- for that thick cold foam topping
- Nonpareils
How to make it:
- Start by taking a glass filled with ice and adding your milk, almost as much as you would use for your regular iced coffee. Add in half of the birthday cake creamer.
- Brew the double espresso shot and add it to the glass.
- In a separate glass mix together the heavy cream and the rest of the birthday cake creamer.
- Froth it with a handheld milk frother.
- Pour the cold foam over the coffee and top with nonpareils.
- Enjoy!
