- Start by taking a glass filled with ice and adding your milk, almost as much as you would use for your regular iced coffee. Pour in half of the birthday cake creamer.Add in a generous splash of birthday cake creamer.
- Brew the double espresso shot and add it to the glass.
- In a separate glass mix together the heavy cream and the rest of the birthday cake creamer.
- Froth it with a handheld milk frother.
- Pour the cold foam over the coffee and top with nonpareils.
- Enjoy!
