Viral dot cake iced latte

A homemade version of the viral dot cake, in a latte! The iced latte is topped with a creamy cake batter flavored cold foam and the classic nonpareil sprinkles.

Ingredients
  

  • double shot of espresso
  • 2 tablespoon birthday cake creamer divided
  • milk of your choice, I used whole milk
  • ΒΌ c heavy cream
  • colorful nonpareils
  • ice

Equipment

  • Handheld frother

Method
 

  1. Start by taking a glass filled with ice and adding your milk, almost as much as you would use for your regular iced coffee. Pour in half of the birthday cake creamer.Add in a generous splash of birthday cake creamer.
  2. Brew the double espresso shot and add it to the glass.
  3. In a separate glass mix together the heavy cream and the rest of the birthday cake creamer.
  4. Froth it with a handheld milk frother.
  5. Pour the cold foam over the coffee and top with nonpareils.
  6. Enjoy!
