This recipe has been a long time coming. It started at my daughters Bas Mitzvah celebration a few months ago, when my mother in law made this show stopper salmon for one of the mains. I just kept on getting texts after the event for the recipe! The best part is, it's really easy and makes a really beautiful impression, perfect for your Yom Tov table. So here we have it, your last minute easy-peasy recipe for something for everyone salmon!

Ingredients:
- Side of salmon- I did approximately 5 lbs, for that wow factor. It really can be any size that works for you. Skinless is preferable.
- Spray oil- to adhere the toppings.
- Variety of toppings- I used lemon pepper seasoning, sesame seeds, dried dill, and everything bagel spice.
How to make something for everyone salmon:
- Preheat the oven to 375F. Place the fish on a parchment lined sheet pan.
- Spray the salmon all over with spray oil. Start to line up the spices. Take a spoon and gently make a line of seasoning. Continue in a pattern until you've reached the end.
- Spray oil all over the seasonings to set it.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving tray.
Variations:
You can literally use any spice blend you would like for example: za'atar, Cajun seasoning, or shawarma spice. It's totally up to you! Just keep in mind the visual pattern and try not to do spice blends that are too similar next to each other so that it looks nice.
Storing and reheating:
Store in the fridge for 3-4 days. Warm gently in a oven until just heated through to prevent it from drying out.
Great sides to pair the something for everyone salmon dish with:
Everything Bagel Roasted Haricot Verts
Garlic and herb mashed potatoes
