Crazy delicious grilled beef ribs are perfect charred, tender, and full of flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 5 miami style cut beef ribs
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 scallions, thinly slices white and light green parts only
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Equipment

  • Grill or grill pan

Method
 

  1. Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and garlic in a large Ziplock bag.
  2. Add the meat and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill to high (450F-500F)
  4. Add the marinated ribs and cook until lightly charred on each side. (approximately 4 minutes per side)
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
