Method
- Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and garlic in a large Ziplock bag.
- Add the meat and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill to high (450F-500F)
- Add the marinated ribs and cook until lightly charred on each side. (approximately 4 minutes per side)
- Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
