Roasted Cauliflower

A really simple yet incredibly delicious cauliflower side dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head fresh cauliflower, cut into florets or 1 bag frozen cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ tsp tumeric

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and toss the cauliflower florets on top. Add in the olive oil and spices and massage the seasoning into the cauliflower.
  2. Roast for approximately 25 minutes until golden and lightly crispy on the edges.
