Method
- In a tall glass, mash the fresh strawberries and sugar with a muddler. If you don't have one, you can also puree them in a blender or finely chip with a knife.
- Add ice to the glass and set aside.
- Add the water to the matcha powder and whisk with a matcha whisk or an electric handheld frother.
- Next, I like to froth the milk in a separate glass but you can skip this step if you don't want to.
- Pour the milk over the ice and then add the whisked matcha.
