- Preheat oven to 450°F. In a bowl, combine the three cheeses. Season with a few grinds of pepper. On a lightly floured piece of parchment, roll dough into an oval ⅛-inch thin.
- Top with three-quarters (3.5 cups) of the cheese mixture, leaving a ½-inch border around the edge. Roll up two opposing sides of the dough but leave the center open, creating a boat-like shape. Twist the ends. Top the center with the remaining cheese. Transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the top with fresh parsley, then add the egg yolk to the middle and a slice of butter. Mix the yolk and butter with the cheese.Enjoy immediately by tearing off a piece of the bread and dipping it into the cheesy mixture.
