Method
- Start by combining the gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Pour ¾ of the sauce over the wings. Let them marinate while the grill heats to 400F.
- Grill the wings over indirect heat for 10 minutes.
- Flip and grill an additional 10 minutes.
- Base with the reserved marinade and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions if desired.
