Method
- Start by prepping the fluff. Pour the fluff into a pastry or Ziplock bag. Set aside.
- Combine the milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, cinnamon (if using), dark chocolate and sea salt in a pot. Cook, stirring often over medium-low heat until combined and hot. Pour into 2 mugs.
- Snip one end of the bag and pipe marshmallow fluff around the rim and in the middle of the cocoa. Toast with a blow torch and enjoy immediately.
