Creamy hot chocolate with the viral torched marshmallow

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk whole milk or the milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 1 oz 72% chocolate
  • pinch of sea salt
  • marshmallow fluff

Equipment

  • Blow torch

Method
 

  1. Start by prepping the fluff. Pour the fluff into a pastry or Ziplock bag. Set aside.
  2. Combine the milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, cinnamon (if using), dark chocolate and sea salt in a pot. Cook, stirring often over medium-low heat until combined and hot. Pour into 2 mugs.
  3. Snip one end of the bag and pipe marshmallow fluff around the rim and in the middle of the cocoa. Toast with a blow torch and enjoy immediately.
