Balsamic Roasted Cabbage

freshly chopped red cabbage roasted with a touch of balsamic for a melt in your mouth delicious side.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head purple cabbage outer 3 layers removed
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar good quality
  • ½-1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Chop up the cabbage into strips and transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  2. Toss with olive oil, balsamic, and salt.
  3. Roast for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
