Start by preparing the chicken. Prepare your breading station.
Mix the flour with the salt and pepper in a Ziplock bag, whisk eggs in a bowl, and pour the crumbs on to a plate.
Take the chicken cubes and bread them starting with coating them in flour, dipping in egg and then into the crumbs.
Set the coated pieces aside and continue breading until all the chicken is finished.
Heat frying oil in a large skillet.
While the oil is heating, whisk together the hot sauce, pomegranate syrup, honey, sweet chili sauce, and rice vinegar.
Fry the poppers for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden. I like to use these chicken tweezers to flip the chicken.
Transfer to a cooling rack set on top of a paper towel. Toss in the sauce just before serving.
