Lox platter

It's not a Jewish breakfast/brunch gathering without some smoked fish! I added my favorite toppings to accompany the fish but feel free to customize it to your liking.

Ingredients
  

  • Smoked salmon
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Radishes, sliced
  • Lemon slices
  • Purple onion, cut into strips
  • Kirby cucumbers, sliced
  • MIxed olives
  • Fresh dill, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place the lox on a platter or board. Assemble the toppings around it.
    Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
