I like my chicken wings only two ways. Grilled or fried. This is one of my favorite recipes! The baking powder helps give the skin a crunchy texture and the sauce, is not your typical BBQ sauce. It seeps into the chicken and gives it a richness and burst of tang! They sure know how to BBQ down in Alabama!
